For most orders we ship using UPS. We have found them to be the most reliable for our customers. You can choose the shipping method of your choice during checkout.

All of our products are customized to your specific needs. It is for this reason we can not offer you the option to return your products. However, if there is a problem with the quality or workmanship of the product, we will remake your product for you.
We have several choices available for expediting both the production and shipping of your signs.
NOTE: The Production Time does not include the Shipping Time required to take your package from our facility to your door step. This will be determined by the shipping method you choose and will be in addition to the Production time.
Production Time + Shipping Time= Total time from placement of order until you receive the order.
