Do you warranty your products?

All of our products come with a 30 day warranty against defect in workmanship.

Can I reorder without having to re-design my product?

Yes. We keep your design on file so you can re-order at any time.

Can I order the same product design with different names on it?

Yes you can. At this time the only way for you to do this is to individually design each product and put it in your shopping cart with the correct name on each product.

Can I upload our logo or ready to print artwork?

Yes, you can either upload your logo directly into the design tool or send it to our customer service through our Contact Us page.

How will my order ship?

For most orders we ship using UPS. We have found them to be the most reliable for our customers. You can choose the shipping method of your choice during checkout.

Do you have any products available that are not on your web site?

Yes we do. We literally have the ability to customize thousands of different products. We have intentionally kept this web site small so that it will remain simple for our customers to navigate. Contact our customer care department for details.

Can I return my product?

All of our products are customized to your specific needs. It is for this reason we can not offer you the option to return your products. However, if there is a problem with the quality or workmanship of the product, we will remake your product for you.

What is the difference between 1 Day, 3 Day, 5 Day, and Standard Production?

We have several choices available for expediting both the production and shipping of your signs.

• 7-10 Day Production:  This is our standard production time.  Please allow 2 weeks (10 business days) + the shipping time to receive your order.

• 5 Day Production:  This choice will expedite your order so that it will be produced & shipped in 1 week (5 business days) from the time the order is placed.  Please allow additional time for shipping.

• 3 Day Production:  This production option will take three business days after the order is placed before the order is shipped. (i.e. Order Placed on Fri will ship Wed).

• 1 Day Production:  This production option will take one business day after the order is placed before the order is shipped. (i.e. Order Placed on Fri will ship Mon).

NOTE:  The Production Time does not include the Shipping Time required to take your package from our facility to your door step.  This will be determined by the shipping method you choose and will be in addition to the Production time.

Production Time + Shipping Time= Total time from placement of order until you receive the order.

Most of our orders ship UPS with one of the following options:

• UPS Ground:  Allow 1-5 days date order ships until package arrives, depending on your location.
• UPS 2-day:  Allow 2 business days from date of shipment until package arrives.
• UPS Next Day:  1 business day from the date of shipment until package arrives.

Some larger orders may ship via Freight and will be quoted on an individual basis.
