Spreading Your Message With Post Cards
In the last few posts, we’ve been posting tips on spreading your message and how to run a successful campaign. We mentioned that one of the major factors in a successful campaign is constant contact with the voters. Among others, we mentioned magnetic signs, vinyl banners, and bumper stickers as great forms of constant contact. In this last post, we’ll talk briefly on another excellent form of constant contact.
Post cards are great ways to gently remind the voter of who you are and what issues are important to you. They can be simple reminders of who you (the candidate) are and a brief summary of what you will do for the voter, or a simple get out and vote reminder.
They’re great in the weeks leading up to an election and before and after a flyer campaign. By using these brief reminders, in conjunction with a flyer campaign, you are able to keep your name and your values fresh in the minds of the voters.
- Conclusion
- When it comes to running a successful political campaign, a cohesive and uniform marketing solution is a must. By coordinating the timing of your different media pushes, you can effectively and efficiently keep the momentum your campaign has built up moving all the way through to election day.
